Scotland Loves Local Warm-Up Event Comes to Hamilton Saturday 6th June

Hamilton town centre is getting ready for a brilliant day of local shopping, family fun and Scottish-themed entertainment as we host our Scotland Loves Local Warm-Up Event in the Regent Centre on Saturday 6 June, from 10am to 4pm.

The event has been organised as a celebration of all things local, ahead of Scotland Loves Local Week, which runs from 13 to 20 June. It is a chance to shine a spotlight on local traders, performers, community groups and the importance of supporting the businesses and organisations that help make our town centre vibrant.

Throughout the day, visitors can enjoy a lively market zone featuring over 20 local traders, with a fantastic mix of gifts, crafts, photography, bakes, candles, soaps, wellbeing products, community stalls and more. There will also be free family activities, including face painting and a free craft activity, making it a great day out for all ages.

The entertainment programme will bring a real Scottish feel to the day, with music, dancing and local talent taking centre stage.
