Located in Brandon House Brandon Street they are right next to Hamilton Central train station and Hamilton bus station. There is also ample car parking spaces in Douglas Street about a minutes walk from the studio.

What are your goals for 2022? Is it that elusive 10,000 steps a day? Are you going to drink more water less wine? Or are you going to promise yourself some “me time?”

Perhaps you’re goals this year are to…

Be less stressed

Have a healthier body and mind

Schedule some time for yourself

Meet new like minded people

People who make time for themselves, engage in hobbies and have a creative distraction in their life feel better physically and mentally. Research has proven that doing something you enjoy can lower blood pressure levels as well as reducing cortisol, the stress hormone.

So this could be the perfect time to learn how to sew or get back into sewing! 🖤
