A number of businesses in Hamilton are going the extra mile in the Covid-19 lockdown – adapting their businesses to be able to better support those most in need. Here are just a few examples …
Junkyard
The team at Junkyard – working with Amoreish, Cadzow Bakehouse and Muller to name a few – are making and delivering fresghly prepared food for deliveries to some of the most vulnerable in our community, supporting our local Nursing Homes & Pharmacies. Their venture is costing around ??1000 per week – so they’ve set up a JustGiving Crowd Funding page with a target of ??5,000. So far, the wonderful people of Hamilton have helped to raise close to 75% of that target.
