Hamilton Our Town has launched a new business survey to hear from businesses and organisations across Hamilton town centre.

Hamilton Our Town is the town centre Business Improvement District (BID). We work with local businesses, partners and organisations to promote the area, support activity in the town centre and help provide a collective voice for the business community.

As we look ahead, we want to make sure we are listening properly to the people who know the town centre best — the businesses and organisations based here.

The survey is a chance to tell us what you think is working well, where you see challenges, and what you feel should be a priority for Hamilton Our Town in the years ahead.

We know that Hamilton town centre, like many town centres, continues to change. We also know that no single organisation can address every issue on its own. Our role is to work collaboratively, focus on the areas where we can make a positive contribution, and represent the views of businesses as clearly and constructively as possible.

That is why your feedback matters.

The survey covers areas such as events and activity, marketing and promotion, business support, the town centre environment and the issues where businesses feel a stronger collective voice could be helpful.

There are no right or wrong answers. We simply want an open and honest picture of what businesses are experiencing and what they would like to see from us going forward.
