B2B Newsletter: September 28th 2022 – Hamilton BID

Ballot deadline approaching:

Votes for our renewal ballot have until October 6th to be received by the election’s office. If you have not received your ballot paper in the post, please get in touch with malcolm.thomasharley@hamiltonbid.org for support or any questions. Alternatively contact the elections team as per the notice letter.

As a reminder ballot paper must be fully completed by the eligible voter and signed.

Christmas:

We are awaiting the results of the ballot before confirming plans for the festive season. We hope to bring to the town the Light Switch on, (26.11.22), Town Parade, (03.12.22) and a Christmas Gala (17.12.22), all featuring the market which will once again feature BID area businesses. If you wish to get involved, please get in touch and we will note your interest.

However, for these events and all other future plans to proceed we must win the ballot and therefore we ask that you return your ballot papers now with a yes vote. No other organisation will take on these events resulting in a huge loss in footfall, community engagement and marketing opportunity for the town centre.
