Ballot opens this week:
Hamilton Our Town BID’s current term is coming to an end after October. This week all businesses located within the BID area will receive their ballot papers to vote on whether they wish us to continue for a new term. The ballot paper will be sent to the address we have on file and it should be with you by Friday alongside a copy of the business plan and instructions on how to vote. If you have not received your ballot paper by Friday afternoon and believe that you are the eligible person to vote, please get in touch at malcolm.thomasharley@hamiltonbid.org
We hope that with your support we can continue to work with passion and energy for the area beyond October this year starting with a fantastic set of festive events including the Christmas Light Switch on. And whilst footfall driving events are important, we do so much more! Check out our short video below.
No other organisation will do this work so it is vital that you vote YES and return your ballot papers as soon as you can. Many thanks in advance.
